one of the most impressive and lengthy bios of any guest we've ever had on the show. Honestly,

I've had to truncate it by two-thirds. And I'm going to just give you,

this is just a third of it, folks. So get ready. She is a dean and the W. Frank Newton

Professor of Law at Texas Tech University School of Law. She serves on the Executive Committee

of the Association of American Law Schools. She's an elected member of the American Law Institute,

a sustaining life fellow of the Texas Bar Foundation, and an elected member of the American Law Institute, a sustaining life fellow

of the Texas Bar Foundation, and an inaugural member of the Texas Tech University of Law American Inn

of Court. And I'm not even done, people. By the way, I love the sustaining life fellow thing,

because it sounds like she's ready to give CPR to anybody at the foundation at any time.

She also was the inaugural recipient of the Darby Dickerson Award for Revolutionary Change

in Legal Writing, named by the Association of Legal Writing Directors to Honor Her Contributions
