Yeah, there's a surprising, or at least to me surprising amount of scientific research

and innovations that have happened around milk.

Yeah. And I am someone who I grew up in a big milk family.

We were 2% milk family.

Although now they switched to 1%.

I found out when I came home for Thanksgiving,

and as you know, I cooked a Thanksgiving meal,

and I was like, well, what is this crap?

This is gonna impact some things.

Yeah, I loved it as a kid.

I drink it with dinner.

I drink it all the time.

But I never at school, because I know that this is probably in my head,

but I felt like that carton milk wasn't as good like those cardboard

Oh definitely in your head yeah maybe it was 1% milk though that's true because we're
