It's kind of a funny way to say it, but that's just the way it came out today.

Hey, I want to talk to you a little bit about the circumstances that are going on around

the world, and in particular the circumstances that are ours here in the United States

where I live.

This is not at all an attempt to be political.

I am not really interested in politics that much from the perspective of seeing them being a great solution because the candidates this year

are in my opinion less than desirable and the situations going on in our country

are very difficult ones indeed but I think there is a higher place we need to set our

sites as individuals. And I hear a lot of talk going on in various contexts that I think is just not helpful.

So I wanted to just give an encouragement today based in the scriptures on where I think our

minds should be right now.

Let's look at Romans chapter 8. Now this is a passage that of course in our ongoing study of the book of Romans during the daily broadcast
