You basically, you place the tray in and you place it close to the broiler and the broiler

is like, it's like a bar, shoots flames out.

So it's really, really hot.

So it goes over over 550 degrees or something like that.

So you can basically like, you can take a steak and you can actually, instead of grilling

it on a, on a, which sometimes does well, but you can actually put it under the grilled

broiler and it basically fires the thing and you can make it really nice and crusty

at that nice steak crust.

It's like, it's like, is it delicious?
