Dana White, why he is by far the best CEO in America, in my opinion, but I'm going to

You have to go out and fight for it every day, and if you know anything about Dana White,

he's absolutely a fighter, very competitive, very combative personality type, and let me

just take you through, really the seven things that I found out about him, his leadership

that I've, some of which I've known, some of which I researched in developing this talk.

First thing is he's a visionary, okay?

He had the Fertitta brothers, and I may have pronounced that wrong, but in the basic

ballpark of it, to buy the UFC for $2 million, because he saw a vision of what it could

become.

All right, before anybody else saw it, I mean, let's remember, at that time it was a brutal

blood sport.

Some people, a very narrow market was interested in it, but very little.

He saw what it could become.

He saw it becoming mainstream before anybody else, and that's how he got them to buy it for

$2 million.
