All right, this is one of our teaching episodes for the podcast and I look forward to these

by nature, I'm a teacher, I'm a communicator.

I like to take very complex things and make them simple and that's kind of, I think my

giftedness, what I do well and so I try to do two of those lessons a week because the

goal of the podcast is to equip, educate and encourage entrepreneurs and no matter what

stage you're in, maybe you're thinking about starting a business or you have one that's

not doing as well as you would like or you have one that's just fantastic and you just

enjoy the podcast, whatever it may be, again we just love doing that.

What I want to talk about today is how to unstuck your business, if you've ever been

stuck before in your life, whether it's a vehicle and I've had that happen in the snow

where you're stuck and you can't get any traction, you can't get anywhere and if you've ever

gone four wheeling with like a Jeep and you just get stuck, businesses have a tendency

during their life cycle to reach a point where they're stuck, they're just not progressing

in any way and sadly what I have found is when a business does get stuck and if something

doesn't happen then they just go backwards, you know they just start losing money, losing

customers so I'm of the belief that if you're not growing, you're dying so I would tell

you that if your business is stuck and it's not growing right now and you're somehow content

with that because it's okay, we're only here but that's okay, trust me you're going

to hit the decline, you're only going to pause for so long but in 9 out of 10 situations
