apocalypse. It's our guide to the apocalypse to get you ready for it. And we're really focusing in on

and the Jewish period of books, some of which made it into certain canons, some of which

didn't make it into most canons at all. And they're all revolving around this idea of the

times, doesn't it? Yeah, but that's not the real origin the word in greek

it comes from a phrase meaning something like hidden and in english that's been really quite

transmuted into something quite different but the original concept of an apocalypse as a as a

work was that this was secret knowledge sort of you know you know, Gnostic stuff. But nowadays,

apocalypse is taken to be the end of time, sort of almost synonymous to Armageddon, I suppose,

isn't it? Yeah, and I wonder, does the word apocalypse, that must be related in some way

to apocrypha writings that weren't quite canon, but still had something good in them.
