You're back in Canada! I love Toronto I'm so jealous. I gladed in Western New York and first thing I did after I got my rental car was go to Tim Orton's on my way up here. I had to do it.

Spend it's been a long time. I'm very excited to be back. Less excited about how the series is going as you alluded to but we'll get into that I'm sure.

This was either the first or second most anticipated series of the first round. Toronto was a sexy, upset pick. I thought that was totally fair although I picked Sixers and Seven which is not exactly a strong as Philly as that statement of confidence in Philly as that I.

Well so far the Sixers are two and oh they have outscored the Raptors by 35 points. They have a plus 29 edge at the foul line which was predictable. They have committed 20 turnovers, a Paltry 20 turnovers in two games.

If they have a massive edge in free throws and a massive edge in the turnover game and they shoot almost 50% from three and Tyrese Maxi continues to have out of body experiences. This series is going to be over fast.

So let's just start at the very top Matisse-Tible obviously will not be playing in Toronto due to the vaccination requirement in Canada.

Now what could but beyond that look Philly we can sit here and nitpick you know Toronto's transition offense has been shockingly bad. Their half court office has actually been okay. Toronto's scoring 116 points per 100 possessions through two games.

That would have like led the NBA. Philly is scoring 136 points per 100 possessions in two games. Tyrese Maxi is a one man fast break.

Harden hasn't even played that well. He's shooting nine of 26 and four of 15 on twos. What in the hell can Toronto do to slow down this offense other than first of all get it's team back if they can get most of their team back at least.

What can they do schematically to slow the sixers down?

Well you hit on a bunch of things there and start with obviously I think the it's probably not been talked about enough that Toronto was already a bit of a short handed team to begin with right they were kind of a try hard team and a team that needed all their guys to really be able to win at this level.

And Gary Trent Jr. has clearly not been himself either of the first two games.

He's been dealing with this non-COVID illness for over a week. He was terrible in game one didn't practice Sunday didn't go to shoot around Monday was the surprise. Insertion to the starting lineup after that it was doubtful going into the game and he looked like he was doubtful going into the game.

She was horrible. So they're down one starter and then obviously Scotty Barnes was probably the best player in game one.

He gets unfortunately you know Joe and beat accidentally steps on him in the fourth quarter he can't play a game to you're talking about a team that had six or seven guys and it was really trusted that's down to what three and a half or four.

So Toronto's already up against it from that standpoint and frankly the Philadelphia is going to play with this much energy and effort and emotion across the board.
