But what our new job posting is we have a front end designer we have two of those open

Those are the people responsible for the HTML and CSS light job of script work

They're kind of familiar with react but they're not doing big react work

And it makes it really nice in our system as we have product designers

We have engineers and we have front end designers so that the engineers can do the deep engineer stuff the front end designers

Do it their best at really good HTML and CSS using patterns and design systems and knock stuff out
