it turns out they are all a concept art images that can be found in the design works books for Dark Souls

from the left they are frozen Ilium Loise the Duke's archives

Neshandra in her human form the old Iron King's throne and Anne Orlando.

Not sure if any plot significance can be attributed to these findings.
