Hollywood can't ditch its Tesla's fast enough. They're destroying their leases and walking away,

whittle.com. Gentlemen, I'm just going to read straight to from this Hollywood reporter story

because, oh my gosh, it's just, it's so over the top because, you know, it's a Hollywood reporter.

It says, Musk has continued his trajectory into the Magaverse, pledging allegiance to right-wing conspiracies,

amplifying racist and anti-Semitic messages, disparaging trans people, including his own daughter, and endorsing Donald Trump.

His stock in Hollywood and that of his brand has plummeted, Hollywood reporter says.

Debbie Levin, I'm not sure, CEO of the Environmental Media Association or EMA says Elon is very

outspoken and his political views are not as popular in the entertainment industry.

And the story also notes that the brand's current diminished status in Hollywood is particularly

notable when compared to a decade ago when Tesla products began penetrating the industry.

The Tesla became the it car in terms of electrification, Levin says, if you could spend $100,000 on a car that was

sort of the way to go to show that you care about the environment. Bill, aside from the questionable

use of the word penetrating

and a story about the things that they like in Hollywood,

doesn't this show that the EV car revolution is more about moral showboating

than it is about saving the planet?

Yeah, it shows that they care more about their perception

than they do about their beliefs.

They absolutely believe, and still do believe, at least at cocktail parties, that if we don't go electric, then the planet is going to die.

That we must go electric, that the common people out there have to ride buses and trains
