last night. I thought no one was ever going to get to bed. The story's happening all over the place.

The big loss in the house for Mike Johnson and I want to talk about in a minute. But the first story I want to talk through, because this will have big repercussions today

when Pam Bondi turns up to give evidence, is the news that Donald Trump's DOJ sought an

indictment of six Democratic members of Congress over that video they made. We've been talking

about it a lot the past few weeks, telling the military not to obey

illegal orders. This has obviously been a big row, dash, as you know, back and forth on the airways.

They were very heavily criticized. They defended themselves, said they were just stating the law.

It's now gone into a completely different realm, which is Donald Trump's DOJ has been trying to put them in prison

over it. And that feels like a completely different place to where this story was at originally.

The DOJ went to a grand jury to try and get an indictment and failed to get that indictment,

which is something that used to be almost unheard of. You always get the indictment,
