Hey there, my friends. What is the worst stupid thing you've ever gotten yourself into? I remember one time when we were first married and we got into this vacuum loan alone to buy a vacuum for our house. And it was a great vacuum, but my goodness, we didn't have any business

thinking out alone to buy a vacuum. Welcome to the morning mindset. This is our opportunity

to get our minds aligned with the truth of God's word for this day. And we're going to be

looking at 2 Peter chapter 2, verses 17 through 19, where Peter describes for us a bondage that looks like freedom.

And so people think it's freedom. They buy the package, so to speak, and find out it's really

bondage. We're going to get into that in just a moment. Before we do, though, I want to thank our most

Our God, as we examine the way false teachers go about doing what they do, give us ears to hear

and eyes to see and hearts to receive. So we will not be

those who are sold freedom, but it's actually bondage in disguise. We ask it in Jesus' name, amen.

Okay, now remember, Peter has been describing false teachers. And in this section, he's going to get very colorful.

He's going to use some imagery to help us recognize what these false teachers are like.

He says, these people are waterless springs and mists driven by a storm.
