And I say that because we're going to start with some sad news.

This has been a rough week for black people this week.

Yeah.

The rapper Young Dolf was murdered in his hometown of Memphis while he was supporting a local business trying to get some cookies from a, I believe it's a black owned business, a cookie, cookie shop he was at.

Two cars pulled up, unloaded, and Young Dolph is no longer with us as a result.

And, you know, it's as I get older, you know, a lot of these artists, I know a song or two,

and I come to learn a lot more about them after they get killed and that kind of sucks you know for you know my generation it was

Tupac who was big a gil it was uh freaky tie it uh jam master jay and we kind of knew their music inside and out

and now i'm like i'm at a point where it's like young doth like i know that get paid young brother

get paid i know that song and maybe like a couple others but i don't really know a whole lot, but it turns out he was a guy that owned his own masters.

He was a guy that was about self-determination, about investing in the community, kind of very similar, not the same, but very similar kind of tenets that uh i remember coming out when nipsy hustle

got murdered and so uh tray as the resident music expert that we have on staff here uh you want to
