0:23.6	White House aide Cassidy Hutchinson did not deliver the bomb shell that many now claim
0:30.5	she did yesterday. Okay, let's talk about her testimony. The January 6th committee called
0:35.7	its star witness yesterday in its case against Donald Trump. With all due respect to Ms. Hutchinson,
0:42.3	I remain unmoved. I will start with this as many of you may recall. I raised questions
0:48.1	about Donald Trump's temperament to be president at a debate back in 2015. I think that was a fair
0:54.4	issue then, and I think it was at the root of why he lost in 2020. I also think his temperament
1:00.6	problems were evident in how he reacted to his 2020 loss, including before and on January
1:06.6	6th. He lost, he couldn't take it, and he embarrassed himself and the nation with his behavior.
1:12.1	That's my take. But what's happening on Capitol Hill is a very long sleight of hand.
1:18.1	This committee has one goal and only one goal. Stop Donald Trump from running, again, in
1:22.4	2024. They're worried he could win. They absolutely loath him, and they will do what it takes
1:29.9	to stop his political resurrection. Just look at the makeup of the committee. No Trump defenders,
1:35.7	not a single Trump ally, no objective trier effect. We talked earlier this month about
1:42.6	how they doctored the riot video and the Trump sound bites used at this hearing. And if
1:48.7	this committee would just be honest about its mission, I might be more invested. I might
1:52.6	be more interested. Instead, it cloaks itself in sanctimony, purporting to be a fair-minded
1:57.6	down the middle, finder of fact, just looking to get to the truth of January 6th. It's a
2:02.9	lie, and they prove every time they get together that it's a lie, which leads us to Cassidy
2:09.5	Hutchinson, aid to Trump's chief of staff, Mark Meadows. Her testimony is causing Democrats
