I think you said it perfectly. You said that these returns are the payoff. And that's really what I think happens because, you know, today almost everything's digital. If you try to pay off a politician with a quarter million or a million bucks, there's going to be a record of it.

That's a good point. Even if you gave him a suitcase full of cash, they got to get in an account somewhere. There's going to be a record of it.

But if you said, hey, between you and me, you might want to buy this stock around this time, I'd be pretty aggressive.
