podcast how you doing i'm doing pretty well i am uh anxiously looking forward to our time in

florida next month because today is one of those days in charlotte where it's about half the

half the temperature it is down there that we'll see in march. So I'm already anxiously looking forward to spring training. How about you? I live in California, so I'm good. Weather-wise, usually, although we had a ton of rain. It's gotten a little cold here and there. By cold, I mean frost on the windshield cold. But but uh hey nothing like we have in most parts of

the country right now so hopefully i can bring that warm energy to you guys um i'm excited though i mean

we're we're getting we're setting all of our draft dates now more contents coming up on the

site uh on a daily basis i'm writing more baseball now, writing less football. These things are

coincide with each other. Very excited. Very excited about that. Spring training starting up

really soon. I'm not doing labor in person. I always do, lately I've been doing the mixed

online draft, just timing kid wise and all that, how that goes. So so but uh yeah very looking forward to everything coming

up here uh let's jump right into it you do a feature called bold predictions every year on

road awry very well received one of our our most popular columns every year and you do it division

by division uh your a l Central one just came up.

You've done the AL East and Inal East.

And I got to start right off the top with NL East.
