0:48.1 | in between the mulch layer and the soil surface, and it's saffrophitic, which means it's going to start eating away at that mulch layer from the bottom up and really starting to build that back to eat any style approach to the raised bed where you have a mulch layer on top that starts to build the soil as the mulch |
1:04.7 | starts to decompose but what the bocashi will do is it will speed that up a little bit which is kind of nice. |
1:09.4 | Now you can also of course just throw your bocashi food scraps into your garden. |
