It's great to have you here on this Thursday, June 12th. I'm Julie Morgan. Boeing faces turbulence again.

Robots rise and chime hits the market. We begin the show this morning with a developing story out of

India. An air India flight bound for the UK crashed shortly after takeoff on Thursday. The flight took

off from the western city of Ahmedabad. The plane was reportedly carrying 242 people, but the number of

casualties has not yet officially been confirmed.

State officials said the crash occurred about nine minutes after the plane was cleared for takeoff.

Thick smoke at the scene has made rescue efforts difficult and operations are still ongoing.

The aircraft involved is a Boeing 7878 Dreamliner according to flight radar 24.

Seeking Alpha has reached out to Boeing for a statement. Shares of Boeing are down 8% pre-market.

Nvidia and Samsung will make minority investments in skilled AI, a U.S.-based robotic software startup.

Bloomberg reported citing people with knowledge of the matter that Nvidia is investing $25 million

while Samsung is contributing $10 million to the Series B funding round.

Japan's SoftB Bank is leading the round with a $100 million commitment. This latest

funding round values Skilled AI at approximately $4.5 billion, according to the report.

Skilled AI is a Pittsburgh-based startup known for its advanced software that powers robotic

systems, enabling robots to learn and adapt across various industries.

CHIME has priced its initial public offering of 32 million shares at 27 bucks per share,

above its previously marketed range of $24 to $26.

The offering consists of more than 25 million shares of Class A common stock to be sold by

CHIM and 6.1 million shares of Class A common stock to be sold by existing shareholders.

The offering is expected to raise $864 million for CHIME based on the $27 per share price.
