So you guys have your own show is it is it mostly like kind of like mine and Ron show or it's bodybuilding centric or is it a bunch of other stuff?

Yeah, it tries to be more focused on bodybuilding so, you know, nutrition training.

We do go off tangent sometimes as you do but you know part of that is bodybuilding as well because you know body builders aren't just body builders there's other sides of them so

but yeah it's mostly mostly informative as I have people asking questions like you guys do and try and give our honest opinion
