Hello, how are you?

I'm doing great. Thank you. Thank you for being on. I'm so excited to be here. Thanks for having me. Of course. Well again, before we get into the whole topic about body wisdom and what that is, I'd love to hear from you about just your journey, your story,

and how you got started. Well I have a kind of funny story of, you know, when I was little,

I just always believed in magic and mysticism. And this is going to date me a little bit, but my

favorite show growing up was, I Dream of Genie and Bewitched. And I would sit in my room and I would try to move objects and try to blink myself out of my room and all of that kind of stuff.
