about the sensations that they're feeling in their bodies when they start to get anxious or when they feel an anxiety attack coming on or maybe they just have a sour stomach or heart palpitations or nausea and the list goes on and on.

But it is the number one concern that we hear from our listeners that, you know,

what what do I do and it sends them to the ER and it causes all of this health anxiety and so as I was
