Psychology in Seattle.

Hey deserving listeners, it's just me today.

This is chapter two in my springing episodes in which I am cleaning out all the

backlog of emails that all of you have been sending me, particularly you patrons

who have been sending me questions.

I am a list maker and I'm also a check boxer,

a boxer of checks of boxes.

I like to scratch things off my list and having this list hang

over my head actually gives me a slight bit of discomfort and so I'm going to try to answer all those questions. In this

episode I'm going to talk about body dysmorphic disorder, body dysmorphia. A

lot of you have been asking me to talk about that. I'm going to talk about internal family

systems. I'm going to talk about parenting and anxiety and PTSD and panic and

we'll see how far we get into this.
