last time we kind of just did more of a chatty one talking about our experiences and how we've learned to kind of love our bodies.

Like everyone else, we still have insecurities and we still,

But I think we have some good ways that would really help you kind of to get there.

I think it's a long process throughout your whole life.

wow, I love my body now. I think it takes a lot of time to really kind of learn to love yourself.

You're not alone. Like we both have insecurities. We both deal with them every single day,

the same with every other person on this world because it's completely normal.
