0:32.6	reassured. I feel like you're not the only one dealing with those issues. And in today's episode, we're going to be talking all about body confidence.

1:02.6	Today I found a pretty interesting article.
1:05.3	And it basically gave us inspo to talk all about body confidence
1:09.6	in today's podcast episode. So basically, the article
1:13.4	discusses body image and confidence, especially among teenage girls. I'll briefly give you guys
1:18.4	a quick overview. So it discussed that through the time of transitioning from a teen to an adult,
1:24.7	the percentage of people, especially young girls, with issues relating to their
1:29.1	body image increased massively. So they interviewed people and then they interviewed them five
1:34.1	years later, the same people and they asked about their body image issues or their confidence.
1:39.7	And they found that the percentage of people who struggled with their body image
1:43.5	massively increased through this time period, which I think is really interesting.
