You hear about perpetrators a lot because many times they are the stuff of nightmares.

Because I think as humans, we want to try to understand what creates a monster.

However, what I've also borne witness to or what they leave in the wake.

And I don't know of any case or cases that are in view right now.

They're any more brutal than this. And there has been an ongoing discussion about when this case is actually going to come to trial of these cases.

You've got four charges of murder. This is a capital case where Brian Koberger has been accused. He has not been convicted and that's important for us to remember.
