Joe, what's your favorite dinosaur?

You know, I feel like it's probably, I'd probably

have to say brontosaurus. I like those ones that are really, really long and eat plants.

Yeah, can I tell you about the brontasaurus? Don't, are you going to ruin it? Yep.

No! They got canceled like five billion years ago.

That's right.

That's exactly right.

Actually, so like I'll try to be a long story short.

This paleontologist named Charles Marsh was opening the museum in New York, and he had the whole dinosaur, but he didn't have a head.

And they were like, hey, if we're going to open the museum, we need a head on that thing. So he, like, rummaged through his crates and found the skull of a different dinosaur and popped it on there. He put the skull of a Camarasaurus on the body of an Apatosaurus and said, Brontosaurus. And so, like, for our childhood, there was always the little small rounded nose on the brontosaurus.

It's actually because it was a Camarasaurus skull.

And it was just a nopatasaurus.

So it would be like taking if you found, like, a chicken skeleton except for the head, and you put like a falcon head on it and just called it Brontosaurus.

So there is no brontosaurus.

Kind of, kind of no, but they've sort of re-they've like reclaimed the name.

But yeah, I'm sorry to tell you that your vision of a Brontosaurus.

There was long-neck dinosaurs.

There just wasn't that necessarily that one.

Well, give me one of them.

Give me the name of one of those. Apatosaurus is a brontosaurus, but just a different face. What kind of face? A little longer face. All right. I'll take that. I'm my favorites in Apatiss. I'm never going to be humiliated like this again. So now I know next time the answer is always going to be apatosaurus.
