things and he was not a leader. So he didn't know how to set the tone for a building in that regard. It was always going to be rudderless at the top. And then you had others, you know, who maybe felt they were leaders,

but maybe weren't or didn't execute the way they needed to as in the leadership position.

But I think you have guys now who understand their role. They understand what they need to do
