Hey, this is Andy Galeano and I am here with Bobby Pinson at the NWTF Convention in Nashville.

And Bobby runs the World Turkey Hunting Championship.

And we're going to get Bobby to tell us a little bit about what the World Hunting Championship is all about and share some information about it.

So, Bobby, how are you? I'm great. Thank you, Andy, for doing this and helping us spread the word. The World Turkey Hunting Championship, we started three years ago, had 30 teams. They probably $5,000 a piece to come in and hunt for over $50,000 in cash and prizes. And we're in our third year now. We will sell out this year. We have four, maybe five teams left.

The deadline is March 27th for everybody to at least, you know, pay a deposit on their team.

April 13th through the 16th, we all head down to Laceyn, Kansas, which is about an hour south of Kansas City, Kansas.

And we're out there for four days, have great country music,

lots of, just lots of events.

We basically created this event in the middle of nowhere.

I call it the world's largest hunting camp, basically.

So it's April 13th through the 16th, 2015, three-man teams, got a video it.

You're hunting for two days, and there's an extra day ahead of time that

you scout.

Basically hunting without a gun, you can be out on your property as long as you want.

And then we take our top, you only get four birds, you try to get four birds, and you

combine those NWTF scores of all four birds for the biggest bird, or for the biggest

bird score.

And who wins wins $25,000 cash for their team.

The second place gets $10,000 and third place gets $1,500.

And then have a big charity auction, you know, a lot of money raised for our hunting for heroes.

Just a great event.

You know, on our scoring system, we don't weigh the, or we don't measure all of the beards. We just measure the longest hair of the longest beard, you know, just the typical bird. And we give them bonus points if they double up. You know, if two birds come in and they, two birds are killed by two different guys in one frame, we give them five points. If they shoot with a bow, we give them extra points if they harvest the bow.
