What did you think of Eli Willits' introductory press conference from this weekend?

Yeah, I thought it was interesting.

I mean, he's obviously a very confident young man. And when I say young man, I mean almost child. He's 17 years old. But, you know, he's got a lot of confidence, as he should. He's the son of a former major leaguer. So he's been around Major League clubhouses before. That was nothing new for him. He even mentioned, you know, when his dad was a coach with the Yankees, he would follow

Aaron Judge around when he was a little kid.

He was like six or seven years old or something like that.

So, you know, I think being around, you know, the Major League team for the first time,

that didn't really bother him. They didn't really, you know, you know, any major league team for the first time, that didn't really bother him.

They didn't really, you know, any 17-year-old probably, any other 17-year-old probably would have

been a little star-struck by some of the guys in there.

But, you know, he held his own, and I think the nationals are very confident and very happy

with this pick.
