Last summer, Christian and I were in Tokyo and one of our favorite documentaries is a movie called

Giro Dreams of Sushi. It's about one of the great sushi restaurants in the world. It's very hard to get a reservation.

We miraculously got one two weeks out and there are all these rules that you have to follow.

They're very strict about the dress code. Yes, they're strict about arriving five minutes early.

Yes, we made such a point of leaving with plenty of time. We decided to go by cab. In about the 20, 30 minutes while we're still in the cab,

we realized that we're going the complete opposite direction. He gets us back on track, but now we're stuck in Tokyo traffic.

So long story short, we are 10 minutes late. We come running in and we are profusely sweating.

And I'm out of breath. Everyone has a half an hour to go through these 20 courses of fish.

We are 11 minutes late, so we had 19 minutes. And for the first six courses I hadn't caught my breath yet.

I was like, I'm trembling and squallowing. I was like, I was like,
