them as when I asked Willie on Monday if he would mind if I asked you to come on.

oh um first of all it's very nice and second of all as a father of five kids i'm just hoping you can

come up with some more ways i can stake my own death no no no no we're not doing that oh yeah yeah

how you're another one you said it sounds pretty good that i i had a raised eyebrow when you were No, no, no, no. We're not doing that. How you've been otherwise?

Yeah, year 24 of doing all the games.

The first year that Eric Spitz and Mark Chernoff were kind enough to start sending me out the Jets camp was 1996 when they went 1 in 15.

So, yeah, I have been a regular at the Jets facility since 1996. Unbelievable. All right, so you've seen everything. I mean, you've been through pretty much the ups, the downs. As we get set now for this season, I mean, obviously the big talking point around the Jets has been the way Aaron Glenn has tightened the ship,

change of culture, all of that. You're in that building all the time. Is that real? And what do you see? Yeah. I mean, I definitely think, and look, you can only go about what the players say.

They all say it. You know, having reps, calling everything in in practice tackling to the ground playing guys
