Okay, so what I'm going to do is I'm going to talk about some ideas about what a creative

organization does.

And this is a topic I've been sort of fretting over, studying, and reading about for a good 15 or 20 years.

And I'm going to talk about some of the ideas that at least based from my bias perspective

are the most important if you actually wanted to have an organization that was creative,

something which actually may not be a good idea, and maybe we can talk about that at the end.
