It's starting now, they took what, I think, 42 hours or something like that to make this decision

I personally feel like it was probably made ahead of time but of course any surprise that Bob's

out was let go.

Surprise no thankfulness yes I told Seth the other day and I don't know that it made it on

to the podcast but I told Seth you know I'm not surprised that he got Lego

but it wouldn't have surprised me if Andy Reed would have been stubborn about it either.

Unfortunately, I just, I feel like he's very, very loyal to a fault and obviously at this point he went in the right direction in my

opinion. Yeah and you know Seth you and I have been on the same page that this

needed to happen for quite a long time. Right.
