And I have to apologize to this gentleman because last time we had him on, it was the dreaded 8 o'clock hour, which if you, of course, are

familiar with our show, there is one rule that we have learned over the last six months.

Never have anyone a guest on the phone during the 8 o'clock hour, because somebody in our

cluster is going to be giving away a trip to Disney World, and all the phones are going to

F up, and of course it drops whatever guests that we have. We very rudely did that to Mr. Bob Sosie, but this time he joins us

on the Volkswagen Dealer Expert Hotline, I believe, via the fancy internet. Is that correct, Bob?

If the internet signal is willing to allow it, it's not always the best here. Hopefully you can hear me, Rich. And the last week was not the first time, by the way, that I've been cut off in mid-sentence. I think on this program, in fact. But nonetheless, I know I was in good company because a couple of days earlier, I heard Bob Ryan as well. I know. We're a-holes. It's the worst. and I feel every time I, Dan can see me, I just put my head down in my hand. I'm just like, I can't believe it. Now, at the beginning, I was like, oh, I can't believe the station has done this, blah, blah, blah, blah. But it's truly our fault. You know, after a while, like, we know better. That's why I felt so awful when we had you And I'm like, oh my God, we knew we shouldn't have done this.

And I felt awful that we did that but i and i appreciate

that i could hear you apologizing through the static and uh i i know better not to lay blame

on the chief engineer at the station because he also engineers our radio broadcasts

at patriots football so i'm not going to do that, but, you know. He'll put the Maz Effect on your voice if you make him accurate. But I'm glad I'm glad you got back on with us.
