Speaking of people regularly regarded as second-class citizens, it's the Bob and Sherry show with Bob.

I'm not here to be consistent. I'm here to be Bob. And Sherry. Boom. Who can argue with that?

And now broadcasting from the palatial Bob and Sherry studios, it's Bob and Sherry.

So many, many years ago, I read an autobiography of Gracie Allen's husband, George Burns.

Burns and Allen were very early radio pioneers, and that's why the award that Sherry gets, like every other year, the Gracie Allen Award, is for the funniest woman in radio, or the most entertaining woman in radio.

She's one of my ten times, 12 times. And I read her

husband's autobiography, George Burns, and he said that he loved his life as a television and film

producer, and he goes way back to vaudeville. He said, I have just loved being in show business.

I think everybody should be in show business.

And way back when I read that, I mean, I think I was about 20 years old, 22 years old.

It was a very charming little comment from an older man who had spent his life in show business.

But now, if you look at the internet, especially something like TikTok, everybody is in show business. But now, if you look at the internet, especially something like TikTok, everybody is

in show business. Yeah. Yeah. Everybody's in show business. Everybody's doing little videos,

and what are they? There are nothing more than amateurish tries at being an entertainer, right?

And some people are really successful at it. And some are.

So, I mean, we are moving to the point that everybody's in show business. And also because of the

internet, everybody is a critic. I have put together fast comments that people have made about

various movies.

You can agree with them or you can disagree with them.

But everybody is a critic.
