• According to a report from NorthJersey.com, Nadine Arslanian—the wife of Senator Robert Menendez (R-NJ) who was recently indicted in a bribery scheme—was involved in a fatal car accident in December 2018. Katie Sobko, Ashley Balcerzak, and Kristie Cattafi write: “A month after the crash, according to an indictment brought by the U.S. attorney for the Southern District of New York, Arslanian was texting Wael Hana, an Egyptian American businessman also indicted in the bribery scheme, about her lack of car.
