Bob Holden was a great council member for seven years, 2018 through 2025.

He thinks I don't like him because he's a Democrat.

And the truth is, you guys remember what I would say,

the only common sense Democrats left in this country are, I would always say Bob Holden.

You remember that?

And then we had a fight over the phone during the mayoral election.

It turned out to be right, of course, but that's fine.

It doesn't matter.

About a certain candidate.

But I got to tell you, he's so smart, Bob, and he's so right on all the issues.

So I've been getting these texts from a 718 number for a while now, and they're all great. But I didn't realize it was Bob. So I reached out to Frank Marano this weekend, and I said, I want to put a hold on. He said, well, he's been texting. You never get back to him. I go, what? No, he hasn't. Well, he has, but I apologize. guys. But I reached out to get Bob on because he's the guy I want

to hear from about the council. He's out of the council. He can talk honestly now. He doesn't need

the job or care about those people. So here he is one of our greatest city council members ever,

um but we're honest and i'm loyal uh and curtis and i are friends and uh he and he helped me get elected.

I've known him since 2001 and he's a good guy and he's all in New York and certainly he deserved

my support over Cuomo.

I mean Cuomo caused all the problems I said to you on the phone that he caused all the problems

that we're

facing in New York now. Which I didn't argue. That's why I stayed with, you know, and I get your

point. I just like other Republicans actually went over, you know, to the other side, to the dark
