So. Well, writing is a terrible thing, right? Are we recording? Good. Let's just start

with this. Writing is a terrible thing, right?

Pretty much, yeah.

What is wrong with us?

You know, there's obviously something inside of us that will not allow us to have day jobs.

Something went terribly wrong in junior high school, and there's some need to create an ego identity where we can feel, you know, our place in the world.

We must assert ourselves on the written word, written page, you know, at 2 in the morning.

You know?

I was curious about that.
