Hey everybody I am so glad you're tuning in again today and I think we'll have some things to talk about.

Well what we're talking about today is the second part of the Dream Big framework, which is

Explorer Opportunities.

And I was thinking back in my life.

I remember probably three quarters of the way through college, realizing that the ambitions

I had for my life were

completely different with the path that I was on. I was in a county major kind of like

you. Yeah and I shouldn't have been. No, neither of us. And I didn't realize

that. It wasn't that people were headed in for us. And I didn't realize that. It wasn't that people were had it in for us, but we had

a parents and friends that didn't know us the way that we were emerging is men.

And so they said this would be something really safe to do

and that's what not what we're looking for.

We're not looking for safe.

Nobody discourages the kid who says I'm going to go into accounting

because it's so practical, safe, secure. But what do you do when you realize the life that you're in and the ambitions that you have are mismatched? How do you figure that's what this month is about? How do you explore

opportunities when you actually start defining and getting clear on what your plan is? So what is the process you go through

when you have an ambition, a dream, an idea, and you go through when you have an ambition a dream an idea and you go from idea phase to actually

plan phase how do you figure that out?

Yeah so the idea phase it comes from a huge dollop of self-awareness

to understand, like, so who am I and what do I actually want?
