The Alabama basketball situation turns out that the star player, Brandon Miller, who's going to be like a top five pick right now, gave the gun to the person who shot that young woman.

So from what I understand it was Darius Miles gun that Brandon Miller already was in possession of.

And I don't know if it was like legally registered or all that. I don't know what the laws in Alabama are. But when he asked for the gun back, he's like, oh, yeah, sure, it's your gun. He just gave it back to him.
