Today we're going to talk about how to get hold of games, bring them into the school,

and also about how to start up or how

to get permission to start up, things like games clubs and using the games in the school

itself. Well, the first thing is there's just about 600 million games out there, and in future

episodes we'll be talking about what specific games to go after.

But we're just talking in generalities now.

We're assuming that most teachers have very little money, because that's just the way it goes.

And so we're trying to say, where do you get these games from?

How do you get games for the game club?

So I tell you a collection at school.

How many games have you got, roughly?

I have about 900 games, and the collection of games that I use for school

comes from my own personal collection.

I do realize that that's a unique situation.

Not everyone has piles of games like that, and I get them from a variety of sources.

So in my instance, I'm using my personal collection, but my game club and school is small

enough that I keep track of that.

The disadvantage is that my games get beat up pretty badly in the game club.

I mean, even when kids are trying to be careful, there's still,

you know, it's still just going to be some natural B-dip mutilation of your games to some degree.
