Brian Hebner calls in to talk to us about the controversy on the finish.

Let's start at the end.

Let's start with the last thing that we saw.

Your NXT champion, Trick Williams, defending against Eddie Thorpe.

Now, how did we get here in the first place?

Eddie Thorpe horn swoggled, pull the wool over everybody's eyes.

He baited everyone into this match. Last week, you saw Trick

Williams, Oba Femi, and Eddie Thorpe in the ring together. Oba is the number one contender,

and that match is going to take place at New Year's evil in Los Angeles.

Oba said what he had to say to Trick last week. He said he's going to beat him. He's going to

beat him handling. He's going to be him quickly. And then Oba got the hell out of Dodge,

which left Eddie there to run his mouth to Trick. Trick eventually gave Eddie Thorpe a match this week, the match that we just saw.

And then he proceeded to clock, Eddie, right in the jaw and drop them, drop them hard too.

And if you guys remember last week, I had Trick Williams sitting right next to me.

Here on Busted Open After Dark, in the studios down there at the PC at NXT, I was like,
