This is the busted open podcast. I got to talk about something that completely, completely delivered.

And that was the main event.

And I loved the main event.

I was so excited to talk about the main event tonight for so many different reasons,

more so than most people will understand.

We all have our own pet peeves. We all have our own things that we just don't like however there's also stuff that is wrong and by i say wrong it's done wrong and it's done across the board in every company but when it's done wrong and it's done across the board in every company.

But when it's done correctly and it's done right, it has to be pointed out.

And there's a lot of them.

And everything was done correctly in that main event.

If I seriously walked up to a stranger who knew nothing about wrestling, I'd say,

what's a lumberjack match? They'd be like, huh, what's a bad street match? What's a Falls

Count Anywhere match? A false count anywhere. Okay, well, false count anywhere. I get that. No DQ. All

these things that are made up are like a boot camp match, famous the world famous boot camp match but what happens

in that match I don't know what's the difference whatever you wanted to be this was

billed as mile high madness and that's exactly what you got it's market to Denver, but it could be now a staple in

AEW because of how good that first main event was. And it was exactly as advertised madness.

You don't know what's going on. It had so many great elements.

I'm going to break down a lot of them, but also correctly done. And it was because of the men

in the ring. Right off the bat, here comes the music. Everybody loves to sing Jungle Boys music. He's back.

He's a baby face. We all like to see it. However, he's out there alone and the heels decide to jump him.
