Tonight was a really strong show for AEW.

Right off the bat tonight, Mercedes Monet's music. This was a smart idea.

Now, I had people chiming in on Twitter going, why would they start off with

Mercedes? Why not build up to her? Because if you notice A. E. W. and I'm not sure if you guys dive into this or not, but the

ratings is an issue or it's a thing. I don't know if you guys notice, but AEW starts off at their apex, their

Zenith at the top at the beginning of the show. That's normally where they start off hot and then it kind of it kind of dips off but it dips off bad.

Mercedes hopefully kick this show off really hot for them with a strong number in which people stuck around.

It's a very smart way to open the show with, I mean, people kind of knew that she was

debuting tonight. If you did, you got what you wanted right off the bat.
