Raw to celebrate the goat, the man, John Sina. This was perhaps one of my favorite shows to

ever have watched with pro wrestling and I'm going to talk about it right now.

This is the Busted Open podcast. John Sina's advertised last ever appearance

at his hometown, at his home arena, Boston, Massachusetts. We all know the John Sina story.

grew up in West Newberry, Massachusetts. We remember that cute little kid with the white

football jersey becoming the icon,

the goat, the greatest champion of all time, John Sina. We've heard his story so many times,

and this is the last time he's going to be appearing at his home arena. To me, that's all I needed.

For Monday Night Raw on, the two matches advertised.

And then, but man, did they give us everything? First off, you're opening the show. You know something special because Triple H is in the ring. Triple H is in the ring. And he puts

over John Sina, puts over everything John Sina and where we're

going here comes John Sina, massive pop. John Sina comes out there. His last time in his home audience,

right? I said it today with coach. Don't know if John was going to get choked up.

It was a great moment for the fans.

Honestly, it wasn't a sad moment at all.

It was a celebration, a celebration of your career,

a celebration of everything that you've done for your hometown.

Hopefully there's someone sitting in the crowd who is the next John Sina.

Does his business, runs to the ring. People were just in love with everything John Sina said.

He didn't say anything out of the ordinary. He didn't say anything that you can analyze,

do a deep dive in.
