of TNA Impact.

This is the Busted Open podcast.

We got a brand new ex-division champion

in Cedric Alexander, who just defeated Leon Slater and this is his first championship

in TNA wrestling. Of course he did hold multiple championships in WWE. However, this is his first

in TNA. Now Cedric Alexander, first of all, I do want to congratulate him because he is

extremely talented and I think

he's going to do great stuff with the ex division championship however with all of that being said

i'm going to be totally real with you i think they should have just held on just a little bit longer

with leon slater because le Leon Slater as they were telling us

throughout the entire show today was that Leon Slater was about to break the record for the longest

TNA X Division champion. I'm sorry but I think they should have let him break the record.

And then, my friends, we could have gone on to Cedric Alexander.

Why I was a little, I found myself in a little bit of a bittersweet kind of moment

where I thought, oh, I'm really happy for Cedric.

Congratulations and all. But at the exact same time, damn it, I wanted Leon Slater to break the record.

Andre, am I crazy here?
