Obviously, Philly's fans are in their feelings right now as the Bo Bichette situation took a nasty, weird, unexpected gut punch of a turn on Friday morning when all signs seem to indicate that he would be coming to the Philadelphia Phillies on a long-term contract.

Instead, Will Sampen of the Athlet athletic shocks everyone by announcing Bo Bichette

to the Mets was later learned three years, $126 million. That's a $42 million year average annual

value. The Mets get the guy that really the only non-Sillies free agent that was out on the

market that they showed any interest in outside of, you know, Brad Keller and Adalus Garcia. I mean, a real free agent, a real big-name guy. And it felt like the Phillies were going to get them. And at the end of the day, the Mets, their hated rivals in the National League East are the ones who actually are able to land the free agent star infielder. So we're going to talk about this. we're going to talk about the fact that, oh, hey, by the way, also, J.T. Rail Muto resigns with the Phillies almost immediately after the Bo Bichette news came down. And we'll get into that a little bit.
