Adam asks which bands and drummers influenced you back when Lowe started?

Wow. I'm really bad at drummer's names and whatnot. And so I can't really pinpoint a drummer that I would say.

But like, you know, I kind of was talking about how kind of early country music that my parents would listen to.

I think that was probably more, that was really influential, even though at the time I didn't think so.

But I look back and I think that probably had more

of an influence on me than than most things I can definitely hear similarities between

Richie who played with Will and Jennings and your drumming for sure yeah maybe Mark asks how

you decided to play standing up.

It just seemed sensible since I only had two pieces of equipment, you know, and I was playing real minimal. I felt like, I don't know, I didn't even, I guess I didn't even really

think that I should sit down. It was just, it just made sense.

But now you're sitting down.

Well, I am.

I was getting kind of like tendonitis in my elbow from overextending.

So I'm kind of sitting.

And plus I had cancer a few years ago.

I had thyroid cancer and I was like, oh, I'm going to sit for a bit.

Maybe we got to talk about that.

You think so?
