I want to get your philosophical and your conceptual approach nailed down because that's

where we're starting.

And if you have those things really dialed in and you're also getting into therapy and psychotherapy and that kind of stuff, that's going to really make your path unfold in front of you in such a way where you're going to go, okay, I've thought about what it is I want to say and what I want to do as an artist and I have a direction I want to go with.

I think we all get into our own way over and over, and it's about gently guiding ourselves back onto the path of righteousness.

And you launched a different iteration of this a couple years ago.

So tell me what's the update all about?

So the way I structured getting out of your own way, which is a course for drummers,

that is something that you buy once and I update it as I learn more and I learn new ways to teach

things.

And so I've done three updates already.

Staying out of your own way is a completely separate, completely new course.

It's not an update.
